I am looking to change the functionality of the LEDs in this firmware. is there source code available for download?

I removed the pull down resistors from the data lines on the PCB. This seems to have resolved the issue. I think driving SDL and SDA with 3.3V vs the designed 5.0v may have caused the issue.
