hello i am using the STWBC GUI tool to upload code to a new chip using a USB to UART converter. looks like it want to work but dosnt.

the DOS window says synchronization OK then gives a unknown exception then says ERROR and dosnt load code any ideas?

I removed the pull down resistors from the data lines on the PCB. This seems to have resolved the issue. I think driving SDL and SDA with 3.3V vs the designed 5.0v may have caused the issue.
