How find datasheet, characteristics and replacement for Bux tvs diode?

I ask about one 12v tvs-diode of ST-electronics manufacture - Bux c543. It was found on sp0812n samgung 80 gb hdd

and was soldered through due to overvoltage from psu. Now I need to relace it, but I cannot find any info in the internet on bux series tvs (just the 543- is date marking).

So I want to ask for what another tvs I could replace, could it be any 12v tvs or similar ones? Can you provide any technical characteristics of bux c543 type tvs?

For example data-sheet?

What is critical electrical characteristics of it?

On the internet forum I was proposed to use SMBJ12A diode,

is it appropriate replacement. My master after unsoldering defect bux c543

replaced it temporarily for M545 16a -- could it work temporarily?

600 W peak power capability for 10/1000 us exponential waveform (rise time=10µs duration time (half of peak) = 1000 µs). All are described in AN316. Of course, over-voltages are not always in exponential waveform, so with figure 5 of AN316, you can change waveform to exponential one.

I don't know if 600 W is enough or not (I don't know which over-voltage stress is applied on your circuit) but as already adviced, you can take

SMCJ12A (1500W) instead of SMBJ12A (600W).

marking is the reference of circuit as colors marking gives the value for a resistor.

You need which stress is applied on circuit and as defined in AN316 chapter 5, calculate the power dissipation for the TVS. See other comment on my previous note.

BUX is a mistake. X can be 'E' or 'F' or 'U'....

I have adressed this forum as i wanted get official refrences about parameters of bux c543. Here

http://www.1688eric.com/en/product.aspx?id=379812#pdfBox

I have seen almost everything, except it is bux c514 as it clearly visible.  In eclosing pdf-datasheet there is even marking 'BUE'  for 12v 600 w tvs, but model is

SMBJ12A-TR that I do not see as a big differences with previous SMBJs. If I need 600 w tvs that is probably enough. 400w is for 5 v tvs.

Meanwhile there is question about 0-resistor that was also broken before bux c543 -- should I replace as well it? For proper work of new 12 v tvs?
