After some time I found the tool displaying an error of sort, I think something regarding inactivity.
Following that I can't close the sampling window. I can't move it or minimize it , or press any button in its GUI. All buttons are unresponsive.
I can open a new instance of the STM32CubeMonitor-Power, and I can move to other Windows apps.
But the windows is still there. Stuck.

The problem persists, and I've been struggling with it for several years. Generally, it can be frustrating if you are running long tests and measurements and at the end you can only see the last 10 seconds. Generally, an error pops up in an additional window from time to time. If you don't have the STM32CubeMonitor v1.2.1 program actively selected, but only have it running in the background, then often after this error pops up, it is hidden as if under the main window, and you can't switch to the window with the error to accept it, and this creates a problem. This is confirmed by the characteristic Windows sound in such a situation, when you click on the main window.
