i want to debug my smart card reader project ,but i need STCCID Tester to help me .who can tell me where it is ? thank you !

The latest release of the ST7SCR firmware, the ''Developing a USB Smart Card Reader with ST7SCR'' (C compiler, debugger and programming board) can be obtained by contacting your ST sales office.
