The ST62T10CB6 is an OTP but the replacement may be any chip with the same footprint.
We can edit the program if it will be required.
Any idea ?

If you can't find in the secondary market you might want to consider a design refresh using current parts.
If you have an existing business relationship with ST contact your local sales office, or FAE, to see if the have a migration path for the obsolete parts, or can suggest a design house with experience doing migration projects.
Up vote any posts that you find helpful, it shows what's working..
