Hi at all.
Can VNLD5160 work with a normal STM32 CPU with 3.3V logical levels?
I don't find this information in datasheet...

Well, the data sheet mentions two important points:
-
Vsupply = VIN = 4.5-5.5V
- VINTH = 1...3.5V (table 8)
This means that you either use a level translator or configure the GPIO of the STM32 as an open drain with external pull-up. As the VNLD5160 can only switch at a few kHz, the simpler and cheaper open drain variant may be sufficient.
