Hello

I need in procedure (or algorithm) initialization SDRAM and SDRAM Controller in STPC VEGA or Atlas (load mode register in SDRAM). STPC VEGA after restart (SYSRSTO# go inactive state) implemente PRECHARGE and Load mode register in SDRAM with default setting (which was in registers of SDRAM Controller). My approach was unsuccessful, and I cann't find description about initialization SDRAM on STPC VEGA (or Atlas).

Please refer to the Vega Programming manual that includes all the register to configure the SDRAM.

Hello

Thank you for the answer, but I want to know how can I generate cycles for the SDRAM chips for load mode register of SDRAM (data and sequence of writing cycles to the MEM_REG0 STPC VEGA (bits 25, 26)) ?

I think you can find some example in BIOS writer's guide in this site.
