I am using the Mat41st85 in my project that is controlled by a uPSD 3254A. I get set all configurations that i need, but when a power down happens the RTC stay updating the clock only by few seconds (The microcontroller needs to clear the halt update bit to receive updated time) but when the power fail time is greater then a 30 seconds i don't get receiver a updated time, only the exacty time that the power down occurs.
What is the problem ? Low battery ?
