I try to program a uPSD3233BV via JTAG. After sometimes succesfull programming with the FlashLink says now:
''Unable to connect with JTAG target device''
On the same board I have a secound uPSD3233BV an this device will identified at all time. The TDI,TMS, and TCK signals are on the chip but no TDO comes out of the 3233. Is it possible to programming the chip so, that the JTAG TDO signal are blocked?
