I need to read/write the internal EEPROM of some uC of the ST62xx family.
I cannot use a PC, so the WINEE program is not useful for me. I read the AN593, but it does not describe exactly how to access the internal EEPROM. Where can I find the description of the communication protocol (and possibly the timing) necessary to read/write the internal EEPROM? Many thanks in advance, PatrickOptions

Hi,
As far as I'm aware, this is a controlled document. This is due to the memory protection used by the B revision of ST6 Silicon. I'd suggest another method of accessing the eeprom. Perhaps software uart? Simon [ This message was edited by: sjh on 12-11-2003 16:25 ]
