IAP upgrade new code problem?

Hi,I have a problem about IAP upgrade.

I have a system that Main flash is 128k and second flash is 32k.

Main flash divide to four BANK and IAP code stroed in second flash.

I use USB port to udpate new code form host.

There are two condition:

1.Plug in USB cable to unit when device is powered off. Then power on system and execute firmware upgrade. This is success.

2.Plug in USB cable to unit when device is powered on. Then execute firmware upgrade. This is fail.

Then I read the flash From PSDsoft, the main flash address FF00 to FFFF become FF as upgrade fail.

Can anyone help me?
