we considered a project with the ST10 but except the bootlaoder we could not find any debug support like HW breakpoint register. Will the future super10 family consider anything like OCDS comparable to the Infineon XC167?

The ST10 Debug environments are provided by Hitex and Lauterbach as standalone emulators.
There are also some In-Circuit possibilities used by the Forth evaluation kits and inserting some breakpoint instructions. This is based on the Bootloader feature, I guess this is what you already know. The Super10 will provide NEXUS in-circuit debugging features, Refer to .
