Hi.
Now I am composing the model of the device in the program Microcap using SPICE model of IGBT STGW20NC60VD. This transistor has current-voltage characteristics shown Figure 1. But SPICE model of transistor has other different characteristics (Fig. 2). So I can't simulate correctly the operation of my device, since the current can't exceed the threshold of 30 A.
Please send a corrected STGW20NC60VD transistor SPICE model.
