When using the chip GIPS30C60-H, a 10k pull-up resistor is used to set SD/OD high and the CIN pin is directly grounded, but there is no three-phase output voltage when the correct pwm signal is input.
The chip is used in a motor controller and has a 0-270V DC bus power supply and input signals supplied by the DSP. I would like to know the sufficient conditions for the chip to produce an output voltage as I have supplied the chip with the correct 15V supply voltage, the appropriate input signals and the SD/OD pin has been pulled up through a resistor which has been measured to be 2.48V and the CIN pin is at 0. However, it seems that my chip is not working correctly as there is no output voltage.
