1) In datasheet, short circuit operation section Section3.4) it is mentioned that when output out high side switches is shorted to ground then high side switch follow a time frame & supervise the output state for Ton periode which is defined by external capacitor. In our case it is 100pf. So by datasheet, the Ton time should come around 128uS & Toff time should come 8.19mS. But while testing we saw that, Ton= 177uS & Toff= 9.7mS. Why this time difference occures?
2) In short circuit operation section, on time short circuit time can be defined by external capacitor. With 50 pF, the Ton time should come 64uS instead of 64mS. Please refer attached snapshot & highlighted section. Please clarify.

I suspect your PCB has some more stray capacitance in parallel with the 100pF, hence the longer times. There will also be an IC to IC tolerance as well.
