Unknow chip with ST logo (EZ945)

Hi, Can anyone help please to identify what is this chip that hold the ST logo ? Here is the picture shows the chip.

i searched a lot even on the digikey but i couldn't find anything.

This is the dual opamp TS613ID, which has long been discontinued, but whose last data sheet may still be available here.
