Hi Team,

I would like to know the Part #STPS24045 is qualified AEC. If not, can you help me to get the Diode with a higher current rating (min: 220A of forward current) and AEC qualified. Thanks, in advance.

Welcome @Gopi-N, to the community!

The STPS24045 has no AEC qualification, so it is not automotive approved.

However, there is a possible suitable Schottky diode with min 220A in the portfolio of STMicroelectronics: the STPS240H100TV1Y, which could just about suffice with 100V and 2x120A, is AEC-Q101 qualified and available with PPAP.
