Posted on May 17, 2011 at 10:01I believe there IS a level triggered IO interrupt available, you just have to configure it through the WIU registers. There are a number of pins labeled as EXTINT in the datasheet that go to the WIU you can use. I believe there are 32 available.
Look at the WIU_TR register to set rising/falling edge sensitivity and WIU_MR to set which external interrupt lines you are interested in monitoring.
