The error can mean two things
1) Incorrect application : The s19/elf/abs file which was downloaded is a different one, probably from an earlier build. Delete all the .o and .s19 files and rebuild.
2) Incorrect downloading : There is a problem with downloading the application which would appear as bad synchronization between source code and disassembly window. In that case, go to output window, click on 'Console' tab, select 'Verbose' and give command :
open-application ''''
