Posted on May 17, 2011 at 09:54I'd like to use the STR9 to help me with a bench test, but I need to know how fast the chip can register changes on GPIO pins configured as inputs. I didn't see any information on this in the data sheet (but maybe I just overlooked it). Does anyone know where there might be a spec on this?
I don't mind running the main clock at 96MHz, but I'd ideally like to be able to detect a pin that changes at about 10MHz.
