Well that picture is next to worthless..

Large, sharp and in focus on the actual markings would help significantly in correct identification.

BEK SMCJ14CA ??  https://www.littelfuse.com/products/tvs-diodes/surface-mount/smcj/smcj14ca.aspx

I know that the picture is not showing the label but i ensure the name: BEK19A. Is not easy pake a picture of label because is so small

Need a better camera with a Macro mode, suitable angle and lighting.

Half the markings likely to be production data. So not marked as an ST product? No orientation marking?

The photo does indeed contain very little useful information: it is very probably not an SMC package, as would be the SM15T22CA from ST or the SMCJ14CA mentioned by @Tesla DeLorean. If the resistor next to it has a size of 1206, then D5 could just be an SMA package. However, I am not aware of any such device in SMA with the designation BE, BEK, BEK1, BEK19 or BEK19A.

So you won't be able to avoid finding someone with a macro lens or a digital microscope and taking a legible photo.

Hi guys and sorry for delay. Attached the best picture I could. There is one logo (maybe is not from ST) and the diode is connected on the Gate-Emitter in High voltage IGBT. So i think is a old TVS diode as wrote Mr. Testa D.

Ok, the logo is the one from General Semiconductor, taken over by Vishay. The current marking of the diode (from Vishay) stands indeed for the SMCJ14CA.

As you have not set a scale on your photo, the dimensions of the components can only be guessed. Therefore, check again whether it is the SMC package (plastic body length ~ 7mm, width ~ 5.9mm).
