Which microcontroller of the NXP is exactly like the SPC560P50L5 microcontrooler (of ST)? (In terms of all features)

And be identical, probably not.

Automotive tends to be a specialized area, you perhaps need more senior engineers on the team with deeper experience of parts and amount of interoperability that might be available.

Perhaps look for a forum or scene which is more geared to automotive parts and ECU design. The major vendors of automotive equipment probably preclude their engineers from discussing their work in public forums.

You're likely going to have to employ engineers or consultants with the broad knowledge and experience you need. NXP and ST are unlikely to provide staffing or support to small vendors. Expect to be doing several $M in business to be getting any support resources.
