Can anyone help to tell me what is the meaning of the Marking H/G beside e3/e4 on the top marking of D2PAK component? Thanks

As mentioned, the H stands for an internal information from the production of the device that has no influence on the behaviour of the STB37N60DM2AG and is therefore irrelevant for the user.

Since you have not uploaded a photo of the components in question, one can only assume that this is internal additional information that is included with some D2PAK.
