we have a sensortile that I connected to via the sensor ios app. got a pop up in the app that there's a new firmware available. and pressed ok. following that, the board did not come live. the same thing happened on a second board.
please check this post that explains you how to restore the Sensortile.box in case of this kind of issues.
I attach here the last FW version with the bootloader, so that the APK will not ask you the upgrade any more.
