Hi,

I am looking for reliability data for :

ASM330LHH - ISM330DLC - ISM330DHCX - ISM330DHCXTR - LSM6DSO - ISM330 DLCTR

I am looking for especialy MTBF or FIT but also if possible MTTF.

Where can I found them ?
