Hi @KSait , yes, the configuration you are using is allowed.
Considering the VddIO path, the current consumption basically depends from the device PD current consumption + the SPI contribution on the lines. This is around 100nA in case of VddIO 1.8V and 200nA in case of VddIO 3.3V.
On the other hand, the current consumption on VddIO path is directly related to the configurations and the settings of your device, and they are basically the data shown in LSM6DSOX datasheet.

The current consumption when using 3.3V to VDDIO is about 200nA.
VDD is the current consumption described in the datasheet.

Yes exactly, but please note that the faster the SPI, the more the VddIO line will consume more. So you can tune the SPI frequency (also according to your desired ODR) to optimize the current consumption. Regards
