Please check this translation if can work:

Unfortunately, you cannot disable one-by-one the axis on this sensor. Note however that, since the MEMS axis are muxed in a single ADC and acquisition chain, disabling one axis will not help you to save current consumption (differently, for example, w.r.t. the IIS3DWB, for which you can disable the axis for current-saving purposes).
The main current drivers are the ODR rate, then the SPI frequency, and then Vdd level.
