LIS3DE vs LIS3DH

Anyone know the difference between  LIS3DE and LIS3DH?

I need to make a testing jig to test a product uses LIS3DE, so I need to evaluate the self-test function ,but I cannot get any datasheet of LIS3DE.And there is no info about  LIS3DE on ST site.Any one have datasheet of LIS3DE?  Thank you. #lis3de

Does anyone know what the difference between the LIS3DH and the LIS3DE actually is?

 LIS3DH is 12 Bit

LIS3DE is only 8 Bit
