How to distinguish the IC?(LIS2DW12&IIS2DLPC)

Hi, I have purchased several three-axis acceleration chips, but I mixed them together by mistaken. The chip is too small, and I can’t see if there is any text on them to distinguish them. After comparing the chip manuals of both , It seems to be indistinguishable from the software function, so what should I do? This is a very urgent matter. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Hi @Xxia.1 ,

they are basically the same device in terms of internal register configurations and digital feature. So you can use the same drivers for both these devices.

The main difference is that the IIS2DLPC device has been qualified and tested for industrial application: for this reason, you can find the min and max value for the device parameter on the datasheet, p.11, differently from the LIS2DW12 (datasheet, p.6), which has only the typical value.

If however you absolutely need to distinguish the two parts, you can send me a picture of the top marking of the package: they both have a "T" on it, but they could be tracked by the 2D matrix code.
