"A computer" is a bit of a broad term at this point.
You'd need to connect the ASM330LHH to some MCU (Micro Controller), and that could collect the data and process itself, OR you could create some interface, say using USB, to connect it to a PC running Windows, or Linux, in a somewhat less "realtime" fashion.
Do you have any programming/coding skills? What's your background? Are you a member of a larger team of Engineers, Scientists, etc.
There are some Arduino drivers for the device, MikroE has a Click module, there's perhaps shields with the IC on.
