Hi @ZMa.1​ , I suggest you to check the FP-SNS-ALLMEMS1 firmware function pack, which implements examples for the digital microphone acquisition both for STM32F4 family and STM32L4 family, Nucleo or SensorTile platforms (...\STM32CubeFunctionPack_ALLMEMS1_V3.4.0\Projects\Multi\Applications\ALLMEMS1\EWARM).
