ok now I have understood the point.
There are two different "flavors" of the same pressure sensor:
The main difference is that in the LPS27HHTW the pressure sensor is equipped with an internal readable temperature sensor whose accuracy is ±1.5 °C. If you do not need this feature, the two devices are equivalent.

The only existing part number is LPS27HHTW.
The LPS27HHTWTR (i.e. + a final TR) means only that the device has been packed in Tape&Reel, while the LPS27HHWT I'm afraid it doesn't exist (maybe just a typo for LPS22HHTW).
