Package marking specs for BlueNRG-MS?

Where can I find the specification for how the BlueNRG-MS parts (WLCSP34) packages are marked?  

I need to confirm that the parts we have soldered onto our boards are indeed BlueNRG-MS and not BlueNRG.   I can't find anything about package marking in the datasheets for these parts,  nor can I find anything on their product pages nor by google searches.

Please help - I have urgent need to confirm the markings of the parts on our boards.

Thank you Maxim!  Who would have guessed that the only place to find package marking information was buried in the errata sheet?

For anyone else reading this thread - I received info from ST that they no longer offer 'easy access' package marking information as an attempt to deal with counterfeiting problems.   Seems futile because someone could simply buy some parts from distributors and copy the package markings on those parts...
