I'm experiencing a problem with the ST IO-Link Sensorkit and Master (STEVAL-IDP003V1/STEVAL-IDP004V2).
I've connected the Master device via USB and used the TEConcept Control Tool as described in the ST instructions. Everything went smoothly up to step 6/7 according to document UM2232. However, from this point onward, I'm not receiving the expected data from the sensor. Instead, I'm getting the message "Invalid Data," preventing me from plotting any data.
Could it be that the sensor needs further configuration?
Or is there perhaps a write protection or similar feature that needs to be deactivated?
Could there be a malfunction with the Sensorkit?
I've checked the setup:
- The Master communicates via USB.
- I've ruled out a cable breakage by testing with multiple cables.
- Errors with the sensor daughter board have been ruled out as I've tested with both a temperature and inclination sensor.
- The IODD files are correctly integrated.
- The daughter board is correctly inserted.
I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.
