I have the following boards STEVAL-IDB002V1 & STEVAL-IDB003V1 USB dongle (Both supporting BlueNRG chip alone).
Out of these boards, 1 is configured as Peripheral role and another is configured to Central role with Mode 2 as default option.
When I do the scanning through the Central device, I am able to observe that only the peripheral device is getting listed even though there are other BT devices outside which also are peripheral devices.
If I scan through my mobile supporting BT BLE4.0 and above, all the devices including the STEVAL peripheral devices is getting detected.
1.Is it an expected behaviour of the ST EVAL board which is running in Central Mode?
2.Is there a possiblity to scan other devices too as performed in mobiles?
If required, I can send the screenshots of the scanned device lists?
Could someone help me out in this regards as I am very new to this work?
