Dear Sir/Madam,
This mail is regarding to know the status(lifecycle) of the component. We wanted to know the part status of these components like whether it is active or obsolete,
and wanted to know whether it is RoHS complaint ,if in case it is obsolete means could you please suggest us an alternative part number for this.

the 74V1G14CTR was already discontinued several years ago.
ST does not offer a replacement, nor are there any documents, e.g. RoHS information.

You can always find the status on the website of the respective component, if it has not already been discontinued and is therefore no longer visible. The status of the BAT54 can be found here, indicated by the small sign to the right of the device name, here: ACTIVE = Product is in volume production.
