VL53L1X calibration process

Hi

Do we need to calibrate every sensor in the production line, or we just need to make the calibration once to the standard product?

Sensor: VL53L1X.

Hi John,

As there's no success by using the cardboard, we're going to make a real test on tanks, talking with the sensors over the Internet.

I'm going to alter ROI, Distance Mode, and xTalk calibration data over the Internet, and observe the outcomes.

Regarding setting the xTalk calibration, UM2356 states the value must be multiplied by 512 because of the 9.7 format.

My question, Shouldn't we multiply by 128 (2^7) to get over the fixed point instead of multiplying by 512 (2^9)?

Could you please correct me if I was wrong.
