I have the same problem and I have sent 2 emails already.
I received the automated email to my first request like others, BUT it has the following warning: "Attention: Sender not authenticated".
Is there something i need to do? I have used the same email as my st account, company (Continental) email. I am afraid my email may block the response.
We really need Teseo Pro to install new firmware on LIV4F EVB.
Could you help me to check my activation request?
