Why the ST website is always like this since 6 years ago?? It's always a nightmare for me and my colleagues to download a simple file from the ST website. For example right now I'm struggling with downloading the STM32CubeCLT-Win and still no chance. Please do something about it, just look how many people are complaining about the website day by day.

The issue is now fixed. It was related to our network provider.
You can now download any software using your myST account without any problem.

Did you try to use the 'Download as a guest' flow for downloading that software? The issue we observe on the login flow is not impacting the guest option. That could be a temporary workaround for you.
Anyhow, when the fix will be implemented, you'll be notified.
