Downloads not Working

I've been trying to download STM32 Development Tools and Manuals this morning.  I'm a new user and created an account and logged in.  Downloads either fail multiple times or don't work at all - spinning circle.

No. Downloads atarting working later in the day. No problems since.

Do you know what is happening here?

thanks for bringing that up. 
Today there was an installation of an upgrade of some web functions. Seems that this has led to temporary glitches. 

Can you let me know whether the problem persists, please?
