@Greetings everyone.....In SPC560D we used input capture unit for crank position signal measurement but in SPC58NN84E7 there is no Input capture unit so how do we detect the crankshaft signal and is there any way to detect crankshaft position signal without using ICU. Please share is there is any document or sample codes available

Hello,
SPC58NN integrates the Generic Timer Module (GTM) which is dedicated to the power train signal generation and acquisition.
The GTM integrates a submodule called DPLL which is responsible to manage the crank and cam shaft signals automatically generating time and angle signals.
SPC5Studio provides a sample application for managing crank shaft with GTM.
The name of the example is: SPC58xNxx_RLA GTM DPLL Test Application
SPC5Studio provided a full graphical configurator for GTM-IP, and, on request, also an Engine Management library is available (free of charge),
GTM is from Bosch details and documentation is available at this link: GTM-IP
SPC58NN integrates GTM-IP v3.4.4
Enjoy!
