I need detailed specifications of the LD39300 LDO linear regulator. Specifically, I need the tolerance on the Vref reference voltage. I also need the confidence interval for the min and max values in the data sheet. As an example, I presume that for the value of the dropout voltage under the test conditions stated, the "typical" column states the mean value of the dropout voltage. But to what does the "Max" value refer? Is this the mean + 1 sigma, mean + 2 sigma, or mean + 3 sigma? Equivalently, does this mean that the actual value of the dropout voltage will be less than the stated maximum for 84.13% of the parts (mean + 1 sigma), 97.72% of the parts 9mean + + 2sigma), or 99.87% of the parts (mean + 3sigma)? This is important for high yields during manufacturing.
