Is the latest STM32CubeMX integrated with MQTT library? If NO, when will be implemented?
Hi AllI have simple question about STM32CubMX.I use the STM32F103RBT and test the i2c with eeprom. When I set the pin for i2c, I should change the GPIO Pull-up/Pull-down in STM32FCubMx.But This menu is not in STM32FCubMX.I don't connect external pull up in hardware, to use internal pull up.Below is my STM32FCubMx GPIO set Menu.I can't use internal pull-up ??Please help me. Thank you.
BTW: The STwin_HelloWorld example for this board doesn't work (failed to download, wrong linker/memory map)
static void MX_GPIO_Init(void){ /* GPIO Ports Clock Enable */ __HAL_RCC_GPIOC_CLK_ENABLE(); __HAL_RCC_GPIOH_CLK_ENABLE(); __HAL_RCC_GPIOA_CLK_ENABLE(); __HAL_RCC_GPIOB_CLK_ENABLE(); __HAL_RCC_GPIOD_CLK_ENABLE(); __HAL_RCC_GPIOG_CLK_ENABLE();}Inside MX_GPIO_Init ,only the clock enable code.I must do initialization myself.
Hi, The SDK package provided in STM32F7Cube has many code examples on all topics but is that code initialized with CubeMX ? Or, otherwise , if it is not , in order to reconfigure or customize it the user has to manually merge that code with the one generated by STM32CubdeMX ? I know that in the past STM Cube packages were provided with pre-CubeMX old examples. What is the current situation?
Can anyone provide version 4.20.1 of CubeMX ? ( Yes, it's me again, maintaining and developing an old project... )My STM32 model is : "stm32f103cb"Using AtollicTrueStudio version 9.1 and 9.3.Do you know if it is possible to install two different versions of CubeMX, on the same computer, and use only one version at a time ?I am currently using the latest (6.1.1 on Windows 10) , and I see strange warnings, when I open the .IOC file.So I was looking for the old version that was used.Thank you in advance.
I have a ready-made project for STM32F103T8u for an 8MHz oscillator, but I had to replace the oscillator with 16MHz. It would seem nothing difficult to change HSE from 1 to 2 and get the required parameters at the output, but I noticed that now my second lasts half a second and I have no idea what can be checked.
Using STM32CubeIDE 1.5.1, H7 firmware library 1.8.0, NUCLEO-H743ZI:The blue "User" button is tied to PC13. Using the HAL library, I am able to generate an interrupt when the button is pressed (rising edge). When I change the GPIO to use the LL libraries, the interrupt is no longer active, and fails to fire when the button is pressed.I've attached the IOC file that demonstrates this behavior.I've tried to step through the initialization procedures for both the HAL and LL versions, trying to spot some sort of difference, but have been unable to see anything obvious.Perhaps there is an additional step needed when using the LL libraries as opposed to the HAL libraries?Any insight would be appreciated.Thank you,Dale Wheat
Experimenting with STM32CubeMX. Can't find an entry for the ST25R3911B-DISCO board, (hosted by an STM32L476 that controls a ST25R3911B via SPI). Are hybrids like that not included in the Selector lists? Thx.
Hi,I am trying to set Debug under Sys to "Synch Trace" in latest CubeMX but there is no such option for my STM32G474RE: On other screenshots on the internet I see those options: Any idea why?Is Synch Trace not available on the 64 pin package???Thanks,Anguel
Hello everybody! The documentation indicates that this leg can only be configured as an ADC input. In "CUBE MX" it can be defined as different kinds of interfaces. Who should I believe that my project would work properly and I would not be faced with the fact that this leg cannot be used as I need?
Cube version: 6.1.1Java: Oracle SE 15.0.2 (64bit)Toolchain: MDK-ARM V5Part: STM32L011F4UWhen I create an empty project and press generate, the generation fails. First I get a empty dialog screen:And then an error:Is this a bug?
I use STM32CubeIDE under MacOS. I don't understand whether it is a bug or not. I can not change Input frequency of HSE in clock configuration. I can do it in CubeMX under Window on the same project.
Hi,I am developing a TCP/IP server for my application on the Nucleo-H743ZI2 board. I want to use LWIP with FreeRTOS to allow threading and have a similar syntax to POSIX sockets. So far I found the following two examples:(1) This tutorial targets the same CPU family STM32H7 but a different board. https://community.st.com/s/article/How-to-create-project-for-STM32H7-with-Ethernet-and-LwIP-stack-working(2) An example in STM32 Repository in the following path: STM32Cube_FW_H7_V1.8.0\Projects\NUCLEO-H743ZI\Applications\LwIP\LwIP_HTTP_Server_Netconn_RTOSHowever, this example does not use CubeMX which is extremely important in my case as I use it to manage many interfaces in my project (QSPI, I2C, ADC, etc)I followed the first example steps and I adapted some stuff based on what I found in the source files of the second example. However, I could not ping the board at all. I attached project files (Test_Ethernet). Here are the steps that I've done (I attach snapshots at the end):Created a new p
STM32CubeMX doesn't show MII as an option for Ethernet on the STM32H730VBTx. Is MII not available on this part (RMII only?) or is there a problem with STM32CubeMX? The datasheet suggests it should support MII.
Before using OpenJDK and OracleJDK, CubeMX 5.1.1 can generate link script correctly when I generate code for SW4STM32.But now, CubeMX can generate code, did not generate link script. And older version did not generate link script anyway, I have to generate link script through Atollic TrueStudio.Codes and link scripts can be generated correctly on JBR (OpenJDK 11.0.9.1) provided by JetBrains. This problem happened on Ubuntu 20.04(CubeMX 5.1.1) and Windows 10(Older version).
Hello ,I'm using the latest STM32Cube with NUCLEO144-H743ZI2 board.I am a complete beginner with using the STM32 and STM32Cube. I came from the ESP32 world, where everything was relatively easy. Through numerous attempts, I can now handle the STM32Cube (especially the STM32CubeMX), even if some terms that appear there are still unknown to me.At the beginning I set the goal to get the TSL2591 sensor running. Communication with this component takes place via the I2C bus (I2C1).In the STM32CubeMX I have specified that the pins PB8 and PB9 should be used for SCL and SDA respectively. In the generated code I cannot see this definition anywhere! That is my first problem. When I debug the code, calling the procedure "tsl2591_initialize()" leads to calling the function "I2C_IsAcknowledgeFailed()" in the file "stm32h7xx_hal_i2c.c", lines 6377ff. The first query of the flag "I2C_FLAG_AF" says that this flag is set. The execution of the following loop "while (__HAL_I2C_GET_FLAG(hi2c, I2C_FLAG_STOP
STM32CubeMX version 6.1.1 ,when set CAN as 1Mhz,cubeMX prompted error,PCLK1 is 36Mhz.
I'm using "interupt unmasking ordering" in CubeMX, which basically generates code like this: MX_GPIO_Init(); MX_DMA_Init(); MX_FMC_Init(); MX_DAC_Init(); ... <--- add user code section MX_NVIC_Init();My request is to add another use code section between the end of the peripheral initialization and the enabling of the interrupts. The reason is that I need to configure additional entities, e.g., the SDRAM by calling SDRAM_Init(), which I now cannot do before enabling interrupts. This is required for my application, though.
HelloI'm trying to set the HRTIM to generate fixed on-time and variable frequency. Now I can set the frequency precisely but the duty cycle is somehow held at 50 %.I have found that similar behavior is expected in so-called "half mode", but the half mode isn't enabled.I even tried to recover the original compare values, right after setting the period register, but nothing changed.STM32CUBEMX ioc file and main.c files attached for referenceThank you very much.
