Hello, I'm working on a STM32F723E-Discovery and I'm trying to use the LCD screen.I can't even turn it on.There is a demo version that when I implement it, works correctly, the screen is functional. But the source code is not provided with the demo version, so I can't compare with my configuration ...I think it's a CPU configuration problem on CubeMX, actually I don't really know which configuration to do.Do you have examples of configurations on CubeMX for this board ? I can't find anything on the internet.Of course I installed TouchGFX generator and activated it on my configuration, then I opened TouchGFX with the file associated with it, then I put a simple button and I generated the code, it was well generated without errors and was well implemented in my project.But when I build and debug no errors, nothing moves, the screen doesn't deign to light up.Note that this is not a default of the card as the demo project is working properly.Thanks
Any followup happening for this. I missed the second half of the presentation in order to attend the breakout sessions. I would like to re-watch it.
Hi,I'm wondering if I can remove the LCD to put in a different one.Thanks!
I try to create a graphic application based on stm32h747xi. When I tried to select x-cube-touchgfx in stm32cubemx. the option is gray and a warning says "this pac cannot be used on the selected MCU". Does stm32h747xi really not support x-cube-touchgfx.4.14.0
I want to have another screen "slide in" covering my main screen based on a button click. and then "slide out". The slide-in is the cover transition, how do I 'uncover' ??Thanks.Bob
Open STM32H7BWorkshop2020 STM32H7B3I-DK.ioc first do not migrate, and generate code. Then migrate and generate code. Then check content of static void MX_LTDC_Init(void)
Hi,When using the histogram, the first bar is by default centered on 0 which makes it only half visible: The bars offset can be increased, moving them to the right. However, I could not find a way to shift the X-axis so the X labeling is no more in the center of the bars: There is also the possibility to set the left and right padding, but in this case, the horizontal grid lines do not extend in the padding: Is there any way to have all bars fully visible, the X-axis labels centered with the bars, and the horizontal grid lines?Thanks for any help,Franck.Edit: Re-attach pictures
Hello!I have touchscreen on i2c1, which is driven by TouchGFX.Also I have another i2c device on i2c1.If I ty to work with this device after MX_TouchGFX_Init(); - i2c bus is always busy.....How to fix?
Dear All, When I compile my TouchGfx project with Assert disabled (NDEBUG symbol defined) strings are keept in binary and use lot of flash space.Can you have any idea how to disable this to save space ?Event if assert is defined to # define assert(__e) ((void)0) strings are kept.Thank you so much for your help.
Stm32f469i_Discovery uses TouchFGX to create a reservation program.I want to show the reservation details on the screen according to the date.The variable for the day of the week is day_value. Mon : 0x01Tue : 0x02Wed : 0x04Thu : 0x08Fri : 0x10Sat : 0x20Sun : 0x40 user A is day_value = 0x15(Mon, Wed, Fri )user B is day_value = 0x70 (Fir, Sat, Sun )According to the entered day_Value uesr A : Mon, Wed, Friuser B : Fir, Sat, Sun I want to display it on the TouchGFX screen like this way.cstring Tdata1, Tdata2, Tdata3;if(day_value & Mon ){ Tdata1 = "Mon";}if(day_value & Wed){ Tdata2 = "Tue";}if(day_Value & Fri){Tdata3 = "Fri";}It is not known how to store each variable and mark it as TouchGFX Text.
I am using TouchGFX.There is a font that you need during the design of the screen, so I want to know how to add a font.In the picture above, you can see many fonts, and all I want is to add a new font to the font list.The font I am trying to add is Korean font.And can you tell where the fonts on the list are located on the PC? Question 1: How to register a new font for a font list itemQuestion 2: Which folder of the PC are the fonts in the Font list?I need your help.
The screen tearing issue is as below. It looks always appear in the right area:The screen is FMC16 bit parallel port, and the parameter is as below:And the screen has TE signal, the TE Interrupt function is an below: void TouchGFX_TickHandler(uint8_t PinStatus) { if (os_inited == true) { if (PinStatus) /* Raising edge : entering Active Area */ { HAL::getInstance()->vSync(); OSWrappers::signalVSync(); // Swap frame buffers immediately instead of waiting for the task to be scheduled in. // Note: task will also swap when it wakes up, but that operation is guarded and will not have // any effect if already swapped. HAL::getInstance()->swapFrameBuffers(); GPIO::set(GPIO::VSYNC_FREQ); } else /* Falling edge : exiting active area */ { GPIO::clear(GPIO::VSYNC_FREQ); HAL::getInstance()->frontPorchEntered(); } } }Can anyone tell me what caused the screen to tear? And can I avoid it by program.

Hello Touch GFX Guys,Our application require to plot spectrogram using Touch GFX instead of simple XY-plot.Could you please provide hints or simple example how to do so...Thank you very much for all your support.Regards,I.
If you set TouchGFX in the stm32f429IG setting, an error appears for the memory below. External SDRAM is in use, FMC setting is done. We drew a background from TouchGFX and loaded that background, which resulted in the above problem in compilation. I don't know which setting is wrong. If there is a problem with SDRAM settings, does this error appear? Who can help you solve this error?
My instance is created in the base file as follows:touchgfx::GraphScroll<50> BlueGraph;And I need to change the capacity of this graph from 50 to 100 to have the line smoother when some event is triggered. Is is possible to change that capacity after setting it in the base file generated ???
Hello Touch GFX Guys!Hardware: STM32H7B3I-Discovery KitSoftware: ST32IDE/ TouchGFX4.16Using STM32CubeIDE build Touch GDX template project.then using Touch GFX build simple "Hello world" applicationmessage is appearing on LCD screen and everything seems fine.Next step decided to enable external QSPI Flash.Using Touch GFX build template project.from project above copy and paste QSPI flash settings through cubeMX (hardware settings)added to my project desired dependencies (mx25lm51245 drivers, and stm32h7b3i_discovery_ospi c/h and all desired files) to successfully compile project.project compiles without warning or errorsModified MX_OCTOSPI1_init (...) function static void MX_OCTOSPI1_Init(void) { /* USER CODE BEGIN OCTOSPI1_Init 0 */ /* USER CODE END OCTOSPI1_Init 0 */ OSPIM_CfgTypeDef sOspiManagerCfg = {0}; /* USER CODE BEGIN OCTOSPI1_Init 1 */ /* USER CODE END OCTOSPI1_Init 1 */ /* OCTOSPI1 parameter configuration*/ hospi1.Instance = OCTOSPI1;
Helleo,I am newbie in Touchgfx and I try developing first project. I am willing to data transfer stm32746 to pc via usart and control pins.When I click the button stm doesnt send data via usart or stm doesnt control pins.Screen1View.cpp codes:#include <gui/screen1_screen/Screen1View.hpp> #include "stm32f7xx_hal.h" extern UART_HandleTypeDef huart2; Screen1View::Screen1View() { } void Screen1View::setupScreen() { Screen1ViewBase::setupScreen(); } void Screen1View::tearDownScreen() { Screen1ViewBase::tearDownScreen(); } void Screen1View::led_on() { /* HAL_GPIO_WritePin(GPIOA, GPIO_PIN_1, GPIO_PIN_SET); HAL_GPIO_WritePin(GPIOA, GPIO_PIN_1|GPIO_PIN_4|GPIO_PIN_2|GPIO_PIN_5 |GPIO_PIN_3, GPIO_PIN_SET); */ //HAL_GPIO_TogglePin(GPIOD, GPIO_PIN_5); //HAL_GPIO_TogglePin(GPIOD, GPIO_PIN_6); // textArea1.setVisible(true); char com_cevap[12] ="adc_veri\r\n "; HAL_UART_Transmit(&huart2, (uint8_t *) &com_cevap, 12, 200); btndurum.setAlp
Hello!I have a typography, which contains this set of symbols "0-9,A-z,?-?,0x20-0x7F,0x401,0x451"But I want to use China and Japan languages.In TouchGFXDesigner all OKBut in application - "????"How to fix?
Hello!For example - I want to use button in the shape of an arc. I don't want the button to be pressed outside of its bounds.How can I set non rectangle bounds of touchable area?
Hello! I have textArea with wildcard, which is updated by Slider movingvoid OPTIONS_SCREENView::R_Slider_MOVED(int value) { RGB_LED_Sample_box.setColor(touchgfx::Color::getColorFrom24BitRGB(R_Slider.getValue(), G_Slider.getValue(), B_Slider.getValue())); RGB_LED_Sample_box.invalidate(); Unicode::snprintf(R_Value_textBuffer, 20, "%d", value); R_Value_text.setWildcard(R_Value_textBuffer); R_Value_text.resizeToCurrentText(); R_Value_text.invalidate(); }When I set values from 0 to 255, everything is fine. When reduce from 255 to 0 - problem: if the number is less than 100, then a 3 digit incorrect number, 1 and 2 - correct two-digit number, if less than 10 during the 2nd and 3rd digits of the wrong number, the first correct one digit number.values in variable "value" - are always correct.For example:255->255101->10189->89178->78111->1119->911What's wrong?
I write well void TouchGFXHAL::flushFrameBuffer(const touchgfx::Rect& rect).But there's something wrong with the display.I want a red background, but I want a white background on the screen.void TouchGFXHAL::flushFrameBuffer(const touchgfx::Rect& rect){ __IO uint16_t* ptr; LCD_Set_Window(rect.x, rect.y, rect.width, rect.height); LCD_WriteRAM_Prepare(); for(int rowidx = 0;rowidx<rect.height;rowidx++) { ptr = getClientFrameBuffer() + rect.x + (rowidx + rect.y) * lcddev.width; for(int colidx=0;colidx<rect.width;colidx++) { LCD_WriteRAM(*(ptr + colidx)); } }}
I use FMC ,but NO SRAM.How do I set it up Start Address .
Hello, I am using STM32F746 with FMC SDRAM, QSPI flash, DMA2D. I observed my display get stuck like below image after some time. When I reset disp pin of display (out of 40 pin) , it starts working again. I am not able to find out issue. Any suggestions? I am using custom board with MCU 746 with below software with version :Touchgfx 4.15.0CubeMX 5.4.0IDE : System workbench for STM32
