I'm using ADC1 in stm32f429-DISC1 board but the PA2 pin that I'm using for one of my channels is not giving the correct values compared with other pins of different channels.PA0 gives 900 as peak value whereas PA2 giving 150 for the same signal.

Is it possible to run the Matter stack on STM32WB55VGY7TR with an external 1Mbit QSPI flash and no other companion chip?

I need to use NFC07A1 to power STM32l476RG, but the PIN 4 connecting CN6 according to the instructions failed to make the MCU run. I tried to write the LD2 flicker program, but the NFC power did not make the LD2 flicker after the USB power failure. But the LD3 power indicator of my L4 was already on, so why didn't I succeed in getting the MCU wirelessly powered? According to the instructions I find that the LD3 works as long as it is successfully lit. What do I need to do to make the EH output pin power the L4 operation?

Hi @ST Community ,I struggle to configure the clock speed to the frequency I desire.The chip I am using is STM32C011F6U and the code I use as first function in main() is the following:uint16_t cr = RCC->CR;uint16_t cal = RCC->ICSCR;uint16_t cfgr = RCC->CFGR;//Reset Clock divider to 1 (full 48MHz)cr &= ~(RCC_CR_HSIDIV_0 | RCC_CR_HSIDIV_1 | RCC_CR_HSIDIV_2);cr |= (1U << 11);cr |= (1U << 12);cr |= (1U << 13);RCC->CR = cr;//Enable HSI48 ClockRCC->CR |= RCC_CR_HSION;//Wait for HSI to be readywhile((RCC->CR &= RCC_CR_HSIRDY) == 0u);//Default HSI calibration trimming valuecal &= ~RCC_ICSCR_HSITRIM;cal |= RCC_ICSCR_HSITRIM_6;RCC->ICSCR = cal;//Set APB divider to 8cfgr &= ~RCC_CFGR_PPRE;cfgr |= (RCC_CFGR_PPRE_2 | RCC_CFGR_PPRE_1);RCC->CFGR = cfgr;//Set AHB divider to 1cfgr &= ~RCC_CFGR_HPRE;RCC->CFGR = cfgr; However the above doesn't seem to have any effect and the clock frequency never change. I have also tried to

Hello everyone! Recently, I started to use the CMSIS HAL to program my Nucleo-stm32l476 board, and currently, I am working on a project using the ADC1, for the data acquisition from an LM35 temperature sensor, and I have found some problems in the configuration, I have already configured the RCC module to enable the clock for the ADC1 module and select the SYSCLK as input clock for it.Next, I wrote an initial function to configure the ADC1 module and another function to start the conversion and read the value obtained after it, but the read function return always the same value. * * @PAram: None * @Return: N

Hi Folks,I'm trying to build a LVGL project and I'm running into a problem that I can't resolve. I get 25 errors all saying the same thing - "stm32f7xx.h" - no such file or directory.Here are my include settings::Here's the first of the 25 errors:C:/Users/Richard/iCloudDrive/ABC_Consulting/Controls/Kcompany_7000/Disco/HAL_Driver/Inc/stm32f7xx_hal_def.h:46:10: fatal error: stm32f7xx.h: No such file or directory46 | #include "stm32f7xx.h"In my file stm32f7xx_hal_def.h:/* Includes ------------------------------------------------------------------*/#include "stm32f7xx.h"#include "Legacy/stm32_hal_legacy.h"#include <stdio.h>What can I change to get the code to compile?Thanks,Richard

Hello to everyone  I have to check a bulk ID Exist a specials page or link to do that?

I am finding that I cannot run the debugger on this example application and that after programming I must reset the device for it to start working. I get "Target is not responding..." and am using the P-NUCLEO-WB55. This problem is unique to only the BLE_FreeRTOSHeartRate project from the firmware package.Furthermore, I was wondering if anyone knows if you can use CubeMX with this example or if you should not. Thanks

Ask this at arm.com, but maybe it is STM32U5 specific:I try run an unprivileged application in secure mode and get a strange behavior:STM32U5 has TZ enabled, all application runs in secure mode.1) LR = 0xffff_fff9, CONTROL = 1 => BX LR increments the SP, but all registers become 0 (including PC and XPSR!)2) When setting CONTROL = 1 and executing SVC, SP is decremented correctly, but nothing is stored on the stack?I check all errata I could find, but no hint.If TZ is disabled, the system behaves normal.

I’m working  STM32H735G-DK, I tried to synchronize the ADC with timmer1, I want to synchronize it at 500 kHz but the maximum that I get is 250 kHz.  This are the images for clock configuration, ADC1 and Tim1, a GPIO is set in 1 when get into on the HAL_ADC_conCpltCallback function is the yellow waveform.

Hi, I'm using stm32l432kb and I want to use the internal reference voltage Vrefint as reference voltage for the AD converter. Is this possible?Regards

Hello,I tried to enable in the CubeMX section PB2 as calibration output, but it was not working.The fix is to add a couple of lines after the RTC init:... /** Enable Calibration */ LL_RTC_CAL_SetOutputFreq(RTC, LL_RTC_CALIB_OUTPUT_512HZ); //<-- will not work, registers are write protected! /* USER CODE BEGIN RTC_Init 2 */ /* Disable the write protection for RTC registers */ LL_RTC_DisableWriteProtection(RTC); LL_RTC_CAL_SetOutputFreq(RTC, LL_RTC_CALIB_OUTPUT_512HZ); LL_RTC_EnableOutRemap(RTC); //<- to enable output on PB2 /* Enable the write protection for RTC registers */ LL_RTC_EnableWriteProtection(RTC); /* USER CODE END RTC_Init 2 */

How to enable ADC Oversampling and Averaging in STM32L152RC

I read Getting started with the X-CUBE-NFC3 near field communication transceiverand I have some questions about the program that runs in the article, how can I successfully get the interface in the demo, is there a more detailed tutorial?

Hello,I read the AN5122 which explains in chapter 4.2, that the RAM lane byte 0 must be connected to byte 0 of the MP1 and that the bits swapping is not possible. However on the EV1 board, the bits inside byte 0 lane are swapped. Furthermore, i do not know how to identify byte 0 at the ram chip, since i want to use two of them.For the design I am working on, I need 1GB DDR3L RAM, split in two 512MB RAM chips. In the AN I found this picture:I'd like to place the two chips next to each other, using STM32MP1's Byte 2 / Byte 0 for chip 1 and Byte 1 / Byte 3 for chip 2. Is this possible to do?Thanks

Hello,I am trying to figure out how I can change the grey highlighting color to make the dark theme usable. I could not find it in the settings yet.Have attached a picture as reference. Would be thankful for any hints.

Dear experts. we plan to use a STM32MP157, where the A7 core should have 512MB DDR RAM, and theM4 core 16 MB. What options exists, to give the M4 core that 16 MB of RAM?From the DS, i understand that the DDR RAM of the A7 is not accessible for the M4. Is that right?external QSPI PSRAM, would be low cost and low pin count. From the DS, the QSPI interface is only for Flash, not for PSRAM?external SRAM/SDRAM via the FMC? Could the M4 core occupy the FMC, while the A7 core using DDR?external SPI RAM, would be the slowest variant, but should be always possible.Is there an application note, showing how more then a MB RAM is added to the M4 core in an STM32MP15x?Best regards,Michael

I recently purchased an L4R9 Discovery board with an MB1314 round LCD.Under STM32Cube_FW_I.4_V1.17.2 / Projects / 32L4R9Discovery / Examples / DSI / DSI_CmdMode_SingleBuffer, there is a reference to a 24bpp frame buffer. The comment cryptically states:/* Physical frame buffer for background and foreground layers *//* 390*390 pixels with 24bpp - 20% (with GFXMMU) */20% is not explained. Furthermore, the sample code goes on to draw a bitmap from a header file into the buffer:/*Draw image in GFXMMU (Chome-GRC) Virtual buffer*/CopyInVirtualBuffer((uint32_t *)image_390x390_rgb888, (uint32_t *)LAYER_ADDRESS, 0, 0, 390, 390);But the data in "image_390x390_rgb888" isn't actually just RGB data. If you look at the header file containing the data, it's formatted into blocks (horizontal lines?) and each line cryptically begins with an undocumented byte - at a glance, it appears to be always 0 or 1.So my questions are:1. What is 20% referring to?2. What is the extra byte in the RGB data of the head

Hello,I was just shocked to see that H723 and H735 are NOT pin-to-pin compatible, at least in LQFP-144.Shoot, I thought I could switch between H723 / 725 / 733 / 735 if necessary. I found the list for F4 / F7 / H7 compatibility, is there another list for compatibility within the H7 families?

Hey, for Bluetooth connection through the NFC tag I have given my Bluetooth mac address in the firmware code of the board, and now when I read the board through NFC-enabled mobile, it is pairing with my mobile, whose mac address is given into the firmware board, but it is not getting connected automatically. Can anyone help with this problem and give me a solution? I am also sharing a screen snippet of my firmware code.Ndef_Bluetooth_OOB_t BleOOB = {.Type = NDEF_BLUETOOTH_BREDR,//standard bluetooth .DeviceAddress = NDEF_DEMO_BLE_ADDR_BIG_ENDIAN,//ble mac address is given here .DeviceAddressType = NDEF_BLE_PUBLIC_ADDRESS_TYPE, .Role = NDEF_BLE_ROLE_CENTRAL_ONLY , .OptionalMask = NDEF_BLUETOOTH_OPTION(BLUETOOTH_EIR_COMPLETE_LOCAL_NAME), .LocalName = NDEF_DEMO_BLE_NAME, }; void NDEF_DEMO_Read_Bluetooth_OOB(void) { uint16_t status; sRecordInfo_t record; Ndef_Bluetooth_OOB_t bluetooth_oob; NDEF_DEMO_Init_Tag(); status = getNDEFRecord(&record); if(status != NDEF_OK)

Hello,I am looking for advice in using an Infineon S27KS0642 64Mb HyperRAM chip on a STM32L4R5Z and configured via CUBE.I have it working, so I am pretty sure that the hardware is connected correctly and I can read and write successfully to it.  However, if I leave it for a while and then read again, the stored data is being corrupted (usually just single bits) and it gradually gets worse, as if the refresh isn’t working correctly.My OctoSPI init function is shown below and I have a Peripheral SPI clock of 120Mhz.  Any advice would be very welcome.Thanks/* OCTOSPI1 init function */void MX_OCTOSPI1_Init(void){   /* USER CODE BEGIN OCTOSPI1_Init 0 */     // release the beast...    HAL_GPIO_WritePin(RAM_RST_GPIO_Port, RAM_RST_Pin, GPIO_PIN_RESET);    HAL_GPIO_WritePin(RAM_RST_GPIO_Port, RAM_RST_Pin, GPIO_PIN_SET);   /* USER CODE END OCTOSPI1_Init 0 */   OSPIM_CfgTypeDef OSPIM_Cfg_Struct = {0};

HelloI'm working on SPC560P and tried to receive CAN message as sample in examples discovery kits in spc5studio but still it's not working. I wrote below code:void cfg0_Fifo_Rx(CANDriver *canp, CANRxFrame crfp){if(crfp.ID == 0x811){pal_lld_togglepad(PORT_A, Led_D5);}}Would you please help me out with this.Thanks.

I'm using an STM32H563. Setup to get ADC captures into a buffer using DMA in circular mode.I have TIM1 triggering an ADC1 conversion of two channels. And a buffer with 16 readings using DMA. The GPDMA is set in Standard Request Mode and Circular enabled. To debug I have a counter in HAL_ADC_ConvCpltCallback to see how many times it is called.The buffer of 16 values is populated with values, and I get a call to the callback function once. But it then stops, I don't get any more call backs.I was expecting the circular mode to give a trigger once the buffer was full, but then loop around and continue filling the buffer a second and third time, each time giving a callback.I can see that the init to set circular mode are being added to the stm32h5xx_hal_msp.c but don't seem to be doing what I expect.I've attached a sample project and IOC file.
