Hello, I tried many times(with different browsers) to download the package to use it with the BLE-NRG2-Module(Evaluation-Board). The Page keeps looping between login and the main-page with no success.     Thank you Amir

I am trying to display UART data received to UI WITHOUT RTOS but I am unsure how to code the model, I am getting error every time. I read the documentation and tried to reproduce the same thing but in vain. I watched a lot of videos on youtube but they all used RTOS. My project consists of not using RTOS.I can confirm that my UART works and I can receive strings from a terminal. I used HAL UART function in the Main() while loop.while (1) { MX_TouchGFX_Process(); HAL_UARTEx_ReceiveToIdle_DMA(&huart3, RX_String, sizeof(RX_String)); }In my Screen1View.cpp file, I have inserted a function that should display the received UART string to a text box:void Screen1View::uart_Data(char* RX_String) { textArea2.setWideTextAction(touchgfx::WIDE_TEXT_WORDWRAP); Unicode::strncpy(textArea2Buffer, RX_String, TEXTAREA2_SIZE); textArea2.invalidate(); }In the Screen1Present.cpp:void Screen1Presenter::uart_Data(char* RX_String) { view.uart_Data(RX_String); }I declared virtual void uart_Data(char

I have a Nucleo board with a new MCU, base board is the Nucleo-G070RB. Now it is a ST link with a STM32G0BORE. I have a problem with the internal bootloader where i cannot upload a new program via USB DFU. There is no hardware problem because VCP works just fine. No data corruption of something. I have tried .HEX .BIN and .ELF all have the same problem. I started using the new "User Actions" feature, and it seems that there's an issue with the function that allows running a script after code generation. I managed to make the feature work without any problems when the "Window -> Outputs" option is checked. However, when it's unchecked, CubeMx completely freezes. In such cases, you have to terminate its process through the task manager, which is not desirable. For information, I use ".bat" file. CubeMx version 6.9.2

Hi, I am seeking product recommendations from you for developing our project using an NXP board. We require a simple and cost-efficient board suitable for a medical patient monitor. Key considerations include interfacing with a 12-lead ECG module (SPI port), a temperature sensor, NIBP, SpO2, and a TFT display interface port. Additionally, the system should be capable of printing the ECG wave on a thermal printer. The LCD panel should be easy to interface with. We prefer a board with an M4 processor or one capable of utilizing memory for storage. The price range we are considering is between $0-100. I am attaching a rough block diagram to give you a better idea of our requirements Updating Mediaalso,i got few suggestion in nxp product,so plz compare to them, and give equivalent or better than it.i give linksThis is LPC5462x link:https://www.nxp.com/products/processors-and-microcontrollers/arm-microcontrollers/general-purpose-mcus/lpc54000-arm-cortex-m4-/power-efficient-microcontrol

Does in the TouchGFX is scrollable container animation? I use doScroll() function but it would be nicer if it scrolls automatically with animation or smoothly.

I'm looking for a reference schematic where I can use the STWLC38 for Qi charging, but the Qi charging will be disabled when a USB-C is plugged in. I also need the USB-C Vbus to be isolated from the connector while the Qi charging is active. I'd really like to have the configuration be controlled automatically by the STWLC38, if possible... Much like this from a competitive device. Is that possible?

Hello,I have not been able to debug any of my TrustZone projects. In order to see what was happening I decided to debug and run ST examples, also with TrustZone implemented, from "STM32Cube_FW_L5_V1.5.0" with the following results:- FreeRTOS_Secure_IOToggle_TrustZone:Debug and run correctly only if optimization level is not "None -O0".- UART_Trace_TrustZone_Secure:Failed to run and debug regardless of the optimization level (Error: "Break at address "0x430027240" with no debug information or outside of program code"). However, when I commented the function "printf" and "Secure_TraceMessage" I was able to debug and run correctly.- GTZC_TZSC_MPCBB_TrustZoneFailed to run and debug regardless of the optimization level (Error: "No source available for <signal handler called>() at 0xfffffffe”). When I commented the illegal access to trigger the secure fault the application ran and debugged perfectly. These are my Option Bytes: Could it be something related with entering the se

Hi I have a infinite loop that wait an event set in a gpio interrupt bywhile(1){UTIL_SEQ_WaitEvt()...}It works. Now, I want have a timer after this so, if the interrupt doen't fire for some second, I want to exec a callback function.I added after UTILS_SEQ_WaitEvt  HW_TS_Start(idTmr,TMOUT);The timer and callback function was created before the loop. After the timer Start function , the interrupt works but the WaitEvent doesn't fire anymore. Someone can help me?Thanks

Hello, I'm trying to configure my NUCLEO-U575ZI-Q to read multiple channels of ADC at once. I will describe the settings in the following and then raise my questions:1- I use IN1 and IN2 on ADC4 which corresponds to PC0 and PC1 on the EVB2- I set scan conversion mode to Forward (which I guess it means read first PC0 and then PC1 right?)3- Continuous conversion mode is disabled4- DMA continuous requests is Enabled (the strange part is that this option doesn't exist for ADC1. Will appreciate if someone can explain the reason and the meaning of it)5- End of Conversion selection is set to End of Sequence of conversion (not single conversion) which should mean the EoC is True only after the two channels are converted (right?)6- SamplingTime common 1&2 are set to 7.5 (I'm not sure why there are two)7- Trigger Frequency is set to Low8- I'd like to use Regular Conversion Launched by SW at the beginning and later use a Timer to automate this process. But this means that every time I ne

Hello Everyone, I am using STM32H573. Do we need to connect RS232 to UART transceiver or can we directly interface Rs232 signals with UART?

Hi all,I'm experimenting on an STM32F723disco board, trying out some audio DSP. I seem to be getting abysmal processing speed. So as a first sanity check I did a simple nop timing test:Turn on a GPIO pin, do 50 nops, turn the GPIO pin off. (By 50 nops, I mean 50 lines saying asm("nop") )Turn the GPIO pin on again, do 100 nops, turn the GPIO pin off. This gives me two pairs of pulses, the difference in length of which should correspond to the 50 extra nops the second time around. Result: it seems a nop takes around 9.6ns, which is two clock cycles.Curiously, ART wasn't enabled, but setting the ARTEN bit had no impact anyway.I must be doing something terribly wrong.Cheers,B.

Hello, Recently, a STM32CubeMP13 Package has beed added by ST ( here on the wiki, here on github). I tried to use external loader with STM32MP135F-DK board, the same board used in the wiki. First, I used SD external loader, with UART and USB connection, following instruction described here. For USB connection, CubeProgrammer gave me these errors : With UART connection, flashin service work, but when I change boot mode for microSD card and reset, I get nothing on serial port and red led LD4 is blinking. The expected operation, as indicated in the wiki, is to have the blue LED flashing and a message via the serial link. I also tried to flash the program in SNOR memory. With UART connection, I have the same result except for red led, who is not blinking but turned on. With USB connection, I have the same error as with the sd card.I use STM32CubeProgrammer 2.15 and I was careful to choose the right boot modeSince I'm using the same development board

We want to do parallel communication. How can we do parallel communication with the following microcontroller? Is it possible to perform parallel communication by using I2C function?[IDE]STM32CubeIDE 1.14.0[MCU] STM32F412VGT6

Hello,I'm trying to do SPI communication with an ADE1201 chip through an STM32H753VIT6 chip. The maximum allowed frequency of the ADE1201 is 10MHZ, so I set the SPI to communicate with the MCU at 6.25MHZ.(The clock for SPI communication is 25MHZ, and I set the PRESCALER value to 4).However, a strange phenomenon was observed. I observed through the scope that the SPI CS signal should be 0 continuously, but it turns to 1 in the middle.(See attached photo). However, if I set the PRESCALER value to 8, the CS signal is continuously output as 0. What could be the cause? And how can I solve this?Could this be due to the usage of HAL_SPI_TransmitReceive function?

HI, community I'm working on QSPI FLASH in STM32H747I DISCO ,i was able to access XIP mode in M7 .Currently I'm trying to work on M4 tried XIP mode in CM4 but there isn't cache in M4 ,and i was not able to access XIP mode .Is the cache the issue or something else. The bus architecture doesn't have direct connection between CM4 and Cache memory .Please let me know what might be the issue .Board uses :STM32H747IIDE used :CrossworksCore used M4 (M7 is the main core )Thank you and regards,UJWAL KUMAR

I'm working on a project to use L9502 for PWM output diagnostic. But we can't be sure how to config the Frame Counter bit in SPI message. Is it need to update the frame counter every time, or it just need to update it in consecutive frames? And for the consecutive frames, should we follow the SPI interframe delay electrical characteristics? Thanks for your help!

Hello,We have designed our FMC interface using NOR Mode B multiplexed AD-Bus.Checking the actual Revision 6https://www.st.com/resource/en/reference_manual/DM00366355.pdfreference manual this is not allowed, see Ch. 25.8.4 (Pg1365):If the extended mode is enabled (EXTMOD bit is set in the FMC_BCRx register), up to four extended modes (A, B, C and D) are available. It is possible to mix A, B, C and D modes for read and write operations. For example, read operation can be performed in mode A and write in mode B. The extended mode is not compatible with the muxed mode (EXTMOD bit must be kept cleared in muxed mode). This has changed from the time we have developed our interface. At that time the document had Revision 4. And this chapter does not contain the restriction in the last sentence as outlined above. Can somebody explain the reason for the change? What can happen if we keep this settings for the fmc2 the way we have designed it? Thanks

Currently I am trying to interface with a LM75A temperature sensor using the STM32F446RE nucleo board. From the datasheet of the LM75A, I gathered that the sensor, returns a temperature measurement without any configuration. So I tried to simply hook up the LM75A (with floating Address Pins) and connecting it to the I2C1 port on the STM32.Addressing the slave on the given default address of 0x48h The code below returns HAL_BUSY, and locks up. Since I do not have a Logic Analyzer at home, I cannot manually debug what is going on. #include "COM_Driver.h" #include "LM75A_Driver.h" #include <string.h> int main(){ LM75_Init(); COM_Init(); uint8_t data[2]; float temperature; char tes[8]; while (1) { HAL_StatusTypeDef status = LM75_ReadReg(LM75A_ADDRESS, LM75_TEMP_REG, data, 2); if (status != HAL_OK) { // Handle I2C communication error continue; // Skip to the next iteration of the loop } temperature = (float)((data[0] << 8) | data[1])

Hello! I’m using Keil uVision to program the stm32f103c8t6 (blue pill). I’m having problems with the loops when trying to turn on and off the LED on pin 13 port C. I just wanted to use a loop to generate a delay without needing to use timers, since I wanted to generate a simple program. But when I download it to the board, the LED stays on instead of turning on and off, regardless of the wait value I put in. I would appreciate it if you could tell me if I’m doing something wrong and indicate the solution. Thanks in advance. The code is as follows: #include "stm32f10x.h" #define RCC_CR (*((volatile uint32_t *)0x40021000)) #define RCC_APB2ENR     (*((volatile uint32_t *)0x40021018)) #define RCC_CFGR      (*((volatile uint32_t *)0x40021004))  #define GPIOC_CRH (*((volatile uint32_t *)0x40011004)) #define GPIOC_ODR (*((volatile uint32_t *)0x4001100C)) int main(){RCC_CR |= 0x1;  while( !(RCC_CR & 0x2) ){}&nb

Hi all,I'm trying to use Timer16 to create a 50Hz timer to save files in the SD card. I managed to make the timer work blinking a LED, but when I put the code to save it only saves one line. Here's the logic:First I create a file  and initiate the timer in the USER CODE BEGIN 2 (I want to state that if I start the timer after the SD has been created, it doesn't work (don't know why)).//TimerHAL_TIM_Base_Start_IT(&htim16);//Mount SDfresult = f_mount(&fs, "", 0);f_getfree("", &fre_clust, &pfs);total = (uint32_t)((pfs->n_fatent - 2) * pfs->csize * 0.5);bufclear();free_space = (uint32_t)(fre_clust * pfs->csize * 0.5);//Open file to read / create it if it doesn't exist//fresult = f_open(&fil, file_name, FA_OPEN_ALWAYS | FA_WRITE);fresult = f_open(&fil, "testeTimer2.csv", FA_OPEN_ALWAYS | FA_WRITE);f_gets(buffer, f_size(&fil), &fil);fresult = f_lseek(&fil, f_size(&fil));fresult = f_puts("cabecalho,numero,tempo,ticks,ano,mes,dia,hora,minut

My project to have USB VCP UART working on NUCLEO-U575 as well as NUCLEO-U5A5 boards (via a compile macro).Use the USB-C USR USB connection as a USB based UART (COM port on host): any baud rate as supported by USB speed (FS vs. HS). There is a second UART via the ST-LINK (baud rate: 1843200): so, you have two USB based UARTs - in parallel. The project is here:https://github.com/tjaekel/NUCLEO-U5A5JZ-Q_QSPI It provides already a command line (shell), to interpret the entered line as a command to execute. Extend the list of commands - if you like. Enter "help" to see list of implemented commands. It uses also ADC to measure and display core voltage (VREF, VBAT) and chip temperature (use it as example how to use ADC1 for internal measurements). Enter "sysinfo" to see the values. It demonstrates how to handle the differences between a U575 and a U5A5 chip, which are:U575 has (just) an integrated USB OTG FS PHY (running in FS mode)U5A5 has (just) an integrated USB OTG HS PHY - my preferen

Hello,What would the recommended development board for SPC560P40L1CEFAR is?Is that microcontroller recommended for new designs? Thanks

I'm trying to read i2s data on F401 from a dummy master device with slow clock rate. The problem is that it only reads the first channel correctly, rest is gibberish, based on logic analyzer the rest of data is there. so I generate this simple test data with bitbang going into F401, content should be: 0001 0203, 0405 0607, 0809 0A0B  (only last is displayed)zoomed out: what I read in F401 is:It starts to receive from second frame, that's fine, but why is the rest gibberish if data seems right?Weird part is that during every test I get the same invalid values, like if it desyncronises everytime the same way. #define DMA_BUFF_LEN 8 static volatile int32_t dmaRxBuf[DMA_BUFF_LEN+1]; static I2S_HandleTypeDef hi2s2; __HAL_RCC_SPI2_CLK_ENABLE(); hi2s2.Instance = SPI2; hi2s2.Init.Mode = I2S_MODE_SLAVE_RX; hi2s2.Init.Standard = I2S_STANDARD_PHILIPS; hi2s2.Init.DataFormat = I2S_DATAFORMAT_32B; hi2s2.Init.MCLKOutput = I2S_MCLKOUTPUT_DISABLE; hi2s2.Init.AudioFreq = I2S_AUDIOFR
