 Hello, I am looking for a MPU as CAN FD master but couldn't find the type with explicit CAN FD support. I would inquire here to make sure I haven't missed any details, and also ask for more information about the availability of the high performance chip with CAN FD interface. Thank you!

Hi, Just to confirm, if AAT is not used , AAT pins must be left open? thanks in advanced

I used to use stm32f4 series and moved to stm32g4 series to use the latest mcu.But stm32g4 does not support sdio.What is the popular mcu among stm32 series that supports sdio?Thank you.

Hi,I am having trouble extracting the STSW-SAFEA1-MW. This is the same issue mentioned here and here. I can't use your product if I can't use your drivers. A fix would be appreciated.Thanks

When I analyze the ONNX model in CubeAl,it says INTERNAL ERROR : Unkonwn dimensions : CH.The code of the model is simple as follows，input_size = 1 hidden_size = 1 output_size = 1 num_layers = 1I don't know why and I will really appreciate any advice or workarounds. Thank you：class LSTMNet(nn.Module): def __init__(self, input_size, hidden_size, output_size, num_layers=1) super(LSTMNet, self).__init__() self.lstm = nn.LSTM(input_size, hidden_size, num_layers, batch_first=False) # batch_first=False self.fc = nn.Linear(hidden_size, output_size) def forward(self, x): h0 = torch.zeros(num_layers, x.size(1), hidden_size).to(x.device) c0 = torch.zeros(num_layers, x.size(1), hidden_size).to(x.device) out, _ = self.lstm(x, (h0, c0)) out = self.fc(out[-1, :, :]) return out

Hi, I was learning how to work with STM32WB55RG, using the following wiki page: https://wiki.st.com/stm32mcu/wiki/Connectivity:STM32WB_BLE_STM32CubeMX   The tutorial here is top notch, great explanation and examples, easy to follow. Only error is that there is no note to redefine CubeMX generated define in main.h for blue led and user switch, which causes faults when trying to compile and flash code.   So there should be a picture and note, to replace cubeMX generated private defines in main.h with the ones from provided functions: file name: main.h     void Error_Handler(void); void MX_USART1_UART_Init(void); /* USER CODE BEGIN EFP */ /* USER CODE END EFP */ /* Private defines -----------------------------------------------------------*/ #define BUTTON_SW1_PIN GPIO_PIN_4 #define BUTTON_SW1_GPIO_PORT GPIOC #define BUTTON_SW1_EXTI_IRQn EXTI4_IRQn #define LED_BLUE GPIO_PIN_5 #define LED_BLUE_GPIO_PORT GPIOB /* USER CODE BEGIN Private defines */

Hi,A colleague of mine, afer installing touchgfx 4.24.0 on his machine and cloning our git project gets this error message when trying to generate the files in the designer : Can someone give me a hint of what's going on? (error message is quite nebulous tbh)I don't know if it matters but I recently upgrated touchgfx from version 16.0 to 24.0 on my computer (still have both installed) and it works just fine.I made him installed touchgfx 16.0 just in case but it didn't help.Thanks in advance.

I’ve been using the "vl53l8cx" sensor to measure distances through I2C, and I noticed that when I measure distances (between 10cm and 50cm), the values reported by the sensor are consistently half of the actual distance. For example, when the actual distance is 100mm, the sensor reports around 50mm, and similarly for other distances.I used the example code ST provided.I set 8*8 resolution and 15Hz frequency.I think problem occurs here. I got "target status : 6"  Could you please explain the reason for this issue and how to fix it?

Hi,I'm trying to get a bit of an understanding of how the HSM is used in real world environments.  The documentation I've found so far suggests that once the maximum number of installs for a card has been reached, the card is essentially dead and a new card would be needed for additional installs.  This leaves me with a number of questions:1) If we were using an STM32HSM-V2AE card which supports 25 licenses, is it possible to limit the number of initial installations to fewer than 25 licenses if we only want an initial batch of 5 STM32 microcontrollers programmed?2) With the same STM32HSM-V2AE (assuming the answer to Q1 is 'yes'), could we initially configure it for 5 installations, send that out to the 3rd party to perform the installations, get the card back and then configure it for the remaining 20 installations and send it back to the 3rd party to perform the additional 20 installations?2b) If question 2 is 'yes', can the additional licenses be for the SFI of a different

I have a STUSB4500 chip which will be used to negotiate 9v out of a PD power supply (the same power supply is used to power a Pinecil which reports 9v). Unfortunately I have had several issues in getting it to work.  I am unable to communicate to the chip via i2c (unexpected nack when writing the address, the logic analyzer shows this and the ina219 on the same bus works as expected).The chip also does not have any voltage on the 1V2 and 2V7 decoupling capacitors and does not activate (pull low) the vbus_en_snk pin. It does however read 4.6v on Vdd (5v input but voltage drop over the mosfet) I initially believed that the chip was fried and replaced it with a spare. The spare I replaced it with turned out to be the lite version (STUSB4500L). (I purchased two batches and bought the wrong part in one of the batches). I was able to communicate via i2c with that chip(however could not negotiate 9v out of the power supply due to limitations of the lite version). Given how similar t

This ONNX model is compiled with a standard MCU and runs on it (both with and without quantization). However, I encounter the following error when using the Neural-ART Accelerator NPU (both with and without quantization):INTERNAL ERROR: Scale, zero-point, and quantizer must be set simultaneously. It seems to me that all the model's onnx operations are supported (https://stedgeai-dc.st.com/assets/embedded-docs/stneuralart_operator_support.html)

Hello,I am working with an STM32 G4 series microcontroller and using the ADC in DMA mode to handle continuous conversions. My goal is to SET a GPIO (debug pin) at the start of an ADC conversion and RESET it at the end of the conversion.Currently, I am able to RESET the GPIO pin in the HAL_ADC_ConvCpltCallback() function, which is called after the conversion completes. However, since DMA mode doesn't involve regular polling or interrupt-based conversions for the start, I am unsure where to place the GPIO SET code.Here are the details of my setup:ADC Trigger Source: TIM2TIM2 Configuration: FCLK = 60 MHz, PSC = 0, ARR = 469 (Triggering ADC at ~128 kHz).DMA Mode: Circular, 12-bit resolution.Is there a recommended way to toggle or set a debug pin when the ADC conversion process starts? Would I need to modify the HAL driver, or is there a way to do this using timer-based callbacks or HAL functions?Any guidance, examples, or best practices would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

Hi,I have downloaded the STSW-SAFEA1-MW software. Error occurs when extracting the zip file. Please help. Thanks.

Hello,I've started to develop with the Riverdi STM32 Embedded Display and I'm trying to use the CAN BUS to display data, but unfortunately I can't. I'm not receiving any data. The CAN on the board is a FDCAN and I've set it to classic, because that's the function I need to use. I'm not receiving any data. The baud rate is set to 500kbit/s as I need it, but whatever I send to the board via the CAN BUS, I'm not receiving it. I need to receive from any CAN BUS ID. I'm also trying to find information on how to send data properly between the Main -> model. I've found some information but it's 2-3 years old and I could use a little more help.Thanks a lot.

Hi there,I am trying to use an SVG in my project, but the views between the TouchGFX and the simulator differ.please refer to the project in the attachment.My questions are on the page:1. why the rect border seems normal in the TouchGFX Designer view, but abnormal in the simulator?2. what's the mean of the different properties of svg1 and svg2?Thanks for your help.

 Hello, I'm developing RTOS environment of dual-core in STM32H757.To write the data, I'm using function "HAL_FLASH_Program".The stack size of the task : 512 * 4float32_t g_temp_data[70]; // the data 1. Is it common for data to be written to Flash Bank2 from CM7?2-1. When I write the data to Flash, Is the stack size of the task enough?2-2. How do I calculate the stack size being used by a task?

@STOne-32 , @Peter BENSCH, @Tesla DeLorean HI! I have my wiring below and I wonder what is wrong with it. Hope someone can give me some help!! my BOOT0 -> LOW, PDR_ON -> HIGH, BYPASS_REG -> LOW. And I have the following connections to the ST LINK:NRST - SWDIO - SWCLK - TRACESWO.

Hello,I try to use these two boards:- X-NUCLEO-GFX01M2- NUCLEO-G071RBI managed to use TouchGFX Designer to do a simple exemple with two buttons.But i can't have events while pressing buttons on screen. In buttonCallbackHandler() function, i haveno breakpoints at each press. I follow instructions on this page:https://support.touchgfx.com/academy/tutorials/tutorial-02Do you have an idea for the callback no processing?Thank you. Best regards,

I have a a few questions. #1 - Can the STM32H747XI on the STM32H747I-DISCO board be put into a DFU mode?#2 - I have a test app where after it is booted, you can push the WAKE button on the board. The handler for that will then set a magic pattern into a DTCM located variable and call NVIC_SystemReset(). This forces a reset of the board, which will then boot the same app. The very first thing the app code does inside of main, is check that DTCM located variable's value. If it is not the magic value, continue running. If it is the magic value, then it should jump to the bootloader, preferably only the DFU portion of it. AN2606 says:In addition to the patterns described above, the user can execute bootloader by performinga jump to system memory from user code. Before jumping to bootloader:• Disable all peripheral clocks• Disable used PLL• Disable interrupts• Clear pending interruptsI've tried numerous iterations of these things as found in the postings on this forum. None of them cau

Hi,I use the example “BLE_p2pServer_ota” with NUCLEO-WBA55 as a template for a project.For space reasons and to save costs, I would like to use the internal oscillator LSI1 (32,000kHz) instead of the external 32,768 chrystal LSE. After switching to LSI1 with CubeMX, the advertising works, but a connection can no longer be established. Which workaround is required to use the LSI?

Hi,I have a project that was started on STM32F439 which I'm now migrating to STM32H755.In my original project I had a number of GPIO assignments for which the code generator was creating definitions in main.h, such as below: #define LCD_RST_Pin GPIO_PIN_2 #define LCD_RST_GPIO_Port GPIOF In the above example I've assigned user label LCD_RST to the pin.Following the same approach on the H7, for the C7 .ioc file I've similarly made my GPIO assignments, however I can't find any generated code relating to them. In this case main.h is much shorter, lacking any #defines relating to GPIOs. I've searched also for the GPIO pin name (such as PB2) but the only instances I can find are in the ioc file.Any advice would be much appreciated, my ioc is attached.Thanks in advance.

Hello, I'm currently trying to develop a bare-metal ADC driver for my Nucleo STM32H7A3ZI-Q Board. I have done all the necessary steps in order to setup the ADC, however I still get random values from the data register, even though I have my PF11 (or A5) connected to the GND.Here is my current code:#define ADC1EN (1U<<5) #define GPIOFEN (1U<<5) #define ADC_CH2 (1U<<7) #define ADC_SEQ_LEN_1 (0x00) #define ADC_DEEPPWDEN (1U<<29) #define ADC_REGEN (1U<<28) #define ADC_LDORDY (1U<<12) #define ADC_PRESC_2 (1U<<18) #define ADC_CKMODE_SCLK_1 (2U<<16) #define ADC_ADCALDIF (1U<<30) #define ADC_ADCALLIN (1U<<16) #define ADC_ADCAL (1U<<31) #define ADC_ADEN (1U<<0) #define ADC_ADSTART (1U<<2) #define ADC_ADRDY (1U<<0) #define ADC_EOC (1U<<2) void pf11_adc_init(void) { // Configure the ADC GPIO pin RCC->AHB4ENR |= GPIOFEN; // Enable clock access t
