Hi, I would like to disable/re-enable BLE and keep the concurrent Zigbee stack in normal operation. Some other posts suggested to call hci_reset() to disable BLE and re-initialize it later when needed again. After calling hci_reset() somehow Zigbee wont join the network anymore. Are there shared components between the hci and Zigbee? Is what I am trying to achieve even possible with the tm32wb5x_BLE_Zigbee_FFD_dynamic_fw stack (I am using a P-NUCLEO-WB55)?Thank you for any hint! Best Regards,Alexander

In some page, the "." is used as thousands separator, in other page the "." is used as decimal separator. For an english documentation that is dealing with software, I'm expecting that the "." is always a decimal separator.A space can be used for the thousands separator to avoid confusion.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Decimal_separatorhttps://support.touchgfx.com/docs/basic-concepts/framebuffer"768.000 B"https://support.touchgfx.com/docs/development/hardware-selection/hardware-components/hardware-selection-mcu"1.536Mbytes/s.""307.200 bytes""DMIPS/MHz range 0.95-1.36"https://support.touchgfx.com/docs/development/hardware-selection/hardware-components/hardware-selection-external-memories"32.000 KB""4.718 Kbytes"https://support.touchgfx.com/docs/development/board-bring-up/how-to/02-cpu-running"128kb/0.012s = 10,666 kb/s"

Hello all,I have purchased the p-nucleo-lrwan2 set that has a gateway and a end node. In the tools and software they have mentioned how to connect the gateway with LORIOT,TTN and Acitility. But I have a requirement such that gateway and end node-1 (i-nucleo-lrwan from the kit), end node-2(sx1276mb1mas shield with nucleo-l466rg) has to be connected to AWS and establish communication with each other. https://www.st.com/en/evaluation-tools/p-nucleo-lrwan2.html#overviewLooking forward for the support. Thanks in advance.

Hi Community ,We are working on AVAS project Autodevkit AEK-AUD-C1D9031 and trying to execute two wave files for two different channels. But only one wave file is getting executed which is getStartWavFile(0) when tried to give non zero parameter ,wave sound is not coming e.g. getStartWavFile(1).Below is the snippet base code and modified code to access both wave files: 1.Two wave files added inside source -->audio files 2. Two wave files location has been added inside sounddb.s

I am trying to pass text into the wildcard of a text: ---// Container definitionDatenpunktFeldWert datenpunktFeldWertSchweissZeitSoll;---datenpunktFeldWertSchweissZeitSoll.setWertStr((touchgfx::Unicode::UnicodeChar*)L"23.4 s");---  /*   * Wildcard Buffers   */  static const uint16_t WERT_SIZE = 15;touchgfx::Unicode::UnicodeChar WertBuffer[WERT_SIZE];---void DatenpunktFeldWert::setWertStr(touchgfx::Unicode::UnicodeChar* wertStr){  touchgfx::Unicode::snprintf(WertBuffer, WERT_SIZE, "%s", wertStr);  Wert.invalidate();}---In Simulator this works perfectly:   However, only the 1st character is always shown on the display of the target. What am I doing wrong?

Hi,I cannot seem to be able to print char array to unicode buffer.I have set Wildcard ranges to 0-9,A-z (also tried 0x20-0x7E)I'm trying to display file names in the UI, which have arbitrary and modifyable names. When I do snprintf with "%s" with a char array, TouchGFX will print ?-marks, character values in the buffer appear to be of values around 25 000. Do I need to convert characters somehow? Why this results putting numbers ~25000 to the buffer, and thus ?-marks intead of "test"?char text[] = "test"; //allocate global variable   ...   Unicode::snprintf(textAreaItemBuffer, TEXTAREAITEM_SIZE, "%s", text); However, this works fineUnicode::snprintf(textAreaItemBuffer, TEXTAREAITEM_SIZE, "%s", touchgfx::TypedText(T_TEST).getText());And printing numbers using %d also works. What is wrong with snprinting char array with "%s"?Thanks!

How STM32WLE5JC pin PAD circuit works in mixed 3 volts Vdd and 4.2 volts for Open Drain Output pin? Would like to switch medium power LED that takes 45mA and supplied directly by 4.2 volts Li ion cell. LDO, MCP1700, drops cell voltage from 4.2 to 3V to feed MCU four power pins.Use 3 port pins and each sink 15mA.  Configure pin as Open Drain, disable pull up.  Disable pull down.  Use PA4, PA5 and PA6 that have I/O structure type FT.   Is it correct that PA4, PA5 and PA6 can take 3 + 3.9 = 6.9 volts and it is OK in this circuit that put 4.2 volts on IO pin when LED is off?  TIA

Hi!I want to ask a question about designing a chess game such as Gomoku using TouchGFX. As far as I know, I need to put two chesses in every single spot and set them as invisible. When user clicks, then set them to visible. However, this is a very tedious implmentation when board size is really large.I am wondering if there's another way to directly draw a new circle in the ClickHandler callback function? Thanks so much for your support!

Hello, I am currently fiddling around with a STM32G491 in bare metal. I wanted to test the write protection. So I executed following code               FLASH->KEYR = FLASH_KEY1; FLASH->KEYR = FLASH_KEY2; while(FLASH->CR&bit31); // wait for unlock FLASH->OPTKEYR = FLASH_OPTKEY1; FLASH->OPTKEYR = FLASH_OPTKEY2; while(FLASH->CR&bit30); // wait for option unlock //#define PROTECT(start, end) FLASH->WRP1AR = (((start>>11)&0xFF)|(((end>>11)&0xFF)<<16)) PROTECT(0x5000, 0x6000); FLASH->CR |= bit17; // option start while(FLASH->CR&bit17); // wait for option done FLASH->CR |= bit27; // option load while(FLASH->CR&bit27); // wait for option reload done FLASH->CR |= bit30; // lock option FLASH->CR |= bit31; // lock               Just to note my code worked fine (except the locking) until I added line 12. It seems the OB_

Hi! I wonder if it is possible to set up the STM32H7B3 µC as a synchronous usart slave with the usart1 peripheral. From the reference manual it seems that it is only possible to set it up in 'SPI-mode'. The functionality I want is a USART slave that transmits data packets at a fixed rate(i.e. 1kHz) with no NSS, at the bit-rate determined by a continuous clock provided by the master. Any clarification would be appreciated!

Imagine that two .ioc files exist for the same device, with identical peripherals defined but different settings/pin assignments. If the user code written for device is not affected by the settings change (for example, the pin assignemnt is different for an SPI interface), is it somehow possible to indicate which codebase is to be used when building the application? For example, a CMake option for pointing to the generated code base on a setting, or something similar?I am looking into maintaining a codebase across different generation of hardware so using such an option would be extremely useful.

Hello,Is there a simple way how to tell CubeMX to place HAL drivers (all or selected modules) into ITCM RAM instead of FLASH? Or it is possible only by manual writing directive to each function? If manual way is the only one, is it at least possible to tell CubeMX to keep directives when re-generating project code? Thank you in advance. Anton

Hi I changed My GPIO name and clicked the Code generation. But the pop-up window turned on and off in an instant, My code didn't change. AND everytime I click the code generation button, I can see the phrase "isbadioc=false" in IOC file.is it IOC file is not normal? how can I fix this situation?please give me some solution. Thanks.

After STM32CubeMX update from version 6.10.0 to 6.11.0 WorkBench give me and error (see picture Worckbench.jpg attached). How to solve this problem ?I don't find any configuration on Wokbench to specify new STM32CubeMX installation.

Hello everyone, I own a STM32 NUCLEO G071RB. The STM CubeIDE software was working fine for a couple of weeks until I got the error message: Target no device foundError in initializing ST-LINK device.Reason: No device found on target. The board still lights up and now when connected my computer open the node G071RB file (see image attached).I have tried all solutions from reinstalling STM32 CubeIDE to installing STM 32 programmer. But nothing is working. I have attached a file below that can help understand the problem.Thank you for your time and consideration.

when build my code over, start to run the code on my board, it occur a problem:

Good afternoon,I am trying to encrypt some data using the AES peripheral and compare the results to the same operation in python and .NET. The cipher text output from the operation on the STM32 is different than that of the other two languages.The code I am testing is /** * @brief AES1 Initialization Function * @PAram None * @retval None */ static void MX_AES1_Init(void) { /* USER CODE BEGIN AES1_Init 0 */ uint8_t key[32] = {0}; uint8_t iv[12] = {0}; /* USER CODE END AES1_Init 0 */ /* USER CODE BEGIN AES1_Init 1 */ /* USER CODE END AES1_Init 1 */ hcryp1.Instance = AES1; hcryp1.Init.DataType = CRYP_DATATYPE_8B; hcryp1.Init.KeySize = CRYP_KEYSIZE_256B; hcryp1.Init.pKey = (uint32_t *)key; hcryp1.Init.pInitVect = (uint32_t *)iv; hcryp1.Init.Algorithm = CRYP_AES_GCM_GMAC; hcryp1.Init.Header = (uint32_t *)HeaderAES1; hcryp1.Init.HeaderSize = 1; hcryp1.Init.DataWidthUnit = CRYP_DATAWIDTHUNIT_BYTE; hcryp1.Init.KeyIVConfigSkip = CRYP_KEYIVCONFIG_ONCE; if (HAL_

Hi, I have create one adjustable multi vibrator circuit using 555 timer IC my aim is to achieve two things  1.Basically 555 timer IC output is Rectangular wave my aim is achieve ontime of one pulse 0-10us(Micro seconds) time delay  2.Another one is one pulse to another pulse generating time 10ms(Milli seconds ) So, How to achieve  this I am tried changes in resistor and capacitor value but  did not get proper time delay. I also Attached the circuit in below in document format .

Hi, When I connect a digital radio via the USB cable, Device Manager should show under USB: STM Device in DFU mode. However, it doesn't. Instead, I have an Other Devices: Digital Radio in USB mode, with a yellow triangle with black exclamation point. What do I need to do to get this to work?

I use STM32F407 USB2.0 HS to send data periodically. The USB mode is high-speed mode. I configure the breakpoint IN transmission as the interrupt transmission mode. I use CDC_Transmit to send data. Each time it is judged that the last transmission is completed before sending data, and the time of interrupting the transmission is The interval is 1ms. I built a FIFO for the USB packet. The rate of USB packet generation is 2ms. I measured the time interval for each write and send data to USB and found that the maximum time interval will increase as the measurement time increases. Generally, the maximum interval for half an hour is 100ms, and for one hour it will be around 180ms. Our host computer is written in python, using the libusb library, and runs on the Windows 11 operating system. Can you guys see what the problem is?

Hello,I have a strange problem that I already lost a lot of hair over. I am using cubeIDE with an stlink v2 (STM32G441 with a blank C/C++ project and CMSIS). All run very well until today. So I am sure the code itself is ok.If I compile the project bin and elf files are generated. If I flash the generated files from the release folder with cubeProgrammer the program does not run. If I choose the run setting directly in cubeIDE the program runs fine. If I then read out the flash with cubeProgrammer the bin file is different from the one that was compiled in the release folder. So cubeIDE is running a different bin file than the one it generates in the release folder. How can that be? What am I missing here? This started out of nowhere. I can not recall changing anything other than the code itself. But of course I must have botched something up. I just don't know what could cause this.Edit: the generated bin file in the release folder is much shorter than the one I re

HI，All    I noticed that when we use BLE stack, we must set SYSCLK to 16MHz。When i set the SYSCLK upto 100MHz，the uart1 log will be garbled after call BleStack_Init which contained in st ble stack lib。I don't know if my discovery is correct。I don't understand why ST doesn't provide the source code for the Bluetooth protocol stack。
