I can not connect my STM32H735G board via ST-Link anymore. "no stm32 target found". I tried "connect under reset" (ST Link Utility and ST programmer) as well as connecting boot0 to VDD. Any idea how to erase the flash and start over? Cheers Stefan

We are interfacing the USB 2.0 , on nucleo-L496ZG OTG_FS_IRQHandler routine is executing but incase of our own Hardware having LQFP64 pin package download the same code but OTG_FS_IRQHandler is not generating, may i know what is exact the issue?

The description of the ThreadX Application Queue Message Size in CubeIDE/CubeMX is vague. The queue size is specified in "words". The C language doesn't define how large a word is, it's not even processor implementation specific (I even read that Microsoft specifies a word to be 16-bits on their 64-bit processors for backwards compatibility). ThreadX refers to a 32-bit word in their user manual, even though ThreadX runs on x86.Could the queue message size description (behind the (i) button) be augmented to mention 32-bit?(apologies, I should have posted this in the CubeIDE or CubeMX section)Thanks,Andrei

Hi - I'm using HAL_GetTick(), and then subtracting one value from another to determine a GPIO input pulse width. What happens if I happen to to call HAL_GetTick() around the point where the SysTick timer rolls over through zero.Do I need to watch out for this situation generally?Regards, John.

Hi,I have an UDP Server on a STM32H743ZI. It works very good only if the ethernet cable is already connected when I power on the board. However, if I connect the cable after powering on the board, UDP Server does not receive any message.FreeRTOS is used on my project and I have added LWIP_NETIF_LINK_CALLBACK 1 to lwipopts.h but I never go in callback function even if I connect/disconnect the ehernet cable.Where's the problem?what should I add to detect the cable connection? Thanks a lot!Kind regards.

Hello, I am using a nucleoH743ZI2 and STM32CubeIDE v1.13.2 on windows10I configured the USART 3 in order to receive some telecommands from my laptop (windows 10) using a software (HTerm v0.8.9)The telecommands are written in binary, 52 bytes, but the first 8 bytes are ASCII so I can read it directly, for example the keyword "C0FFEE5\0"I intialize my callback with DMA:   char UART3_rxBuffer[UART_DMAsize]={0}; HAL_UART_Receive_DMA (&huart3, &(UART3_rxBuffer[0]), (uint16_t) UART_DMAsize); And in a while(true) loop and I am reading every 3 seconds what is inside my buffer which receives TC by UART:     char configReceived[sizeof(TypeReadConfig)]; memcpy(configReceived, &(UART3_rxBuffer[0]),sizeof(TypeReadConfig)); printf("##++ ConfigReceived %d\r\n",sizeof(TypeReadConfig)); for(indice=0;indice<sizeof(TypeReadConfig);indice++){ printf("%c",configReceived[indice]); } printf("\r\n##++ End ConfigReceived\r\n");  &nbs

Can NanoEdge AI only generate.a static library? If so, how do I use it in keil? This is because keil does not use GCC but ARMCC.

Hello Community! Now a days i started Working on STM32H747 Discovery board. im trying to configure Ethertnet on Cortex-M7 core.i enabaled ETH in connectivity with RMII on M7 core. Selected FreeRTOS with CMSIS V2 and enabled the DCache. now when im trying to enable LWIP for M7 Core Enable check box is not getting activated.Problem 1: why LWIP Enabled box is not getting Activated for Cortex-M7 only?M7 lwip selectwhen im selecting M4 core in LWIP then n only its getting enabled. Problem 2: Why in the RTOS Dependency WITH_RTOS(USE FREERTOS) option is disabled?  M7 M4 LwipNote: Here i have already selected PHY Device In the Platform Setting after taking the Screen Shot.these issues is not coming in CubeMx 6.2.1 version.

My problems with Portrait orientation don't end.I have a very large project where changing the architecture and function calls costs much more than changing a single function. My problem is how?The function is readBMP24File.In my project it is loaded from several places and many different screens. In the original project it works very well, many images are called or even of different sizes from an MMC with fatfs.Has anyone solved the problem of changing orientation without having to change the position and orientation of the images?I'm starting to have serious doubts that the touchgfx gui really helps in the work I do.If anyone can help me in solving the problem with a new or different algorithm I would be grateful.

HelloI am using board NUCLEO-G071RBI wrote for it a code, and all worked well. Now I want to rewrite a new project for the same board, but elementary functions such as PWM output doesn't work. If I run again the old project all works OK again.Someone have any idea why this occurs?

The maximum sampling rate of STM32H743 ADC1 and ADC2 is 3.6MSPS. According to the aroma sampling principle, the maximum sine wave frequency that can be collected is 1.8MHz. I don't know if I understand it this way, right? I want to collect higher-frequency sine waves. Is there any way to use the built-in ADC? Can reducing the number of bits improve the sampling rate and collect higher-frequency sine waves?

Hello , Can you help me for the microntroleur reference 1) Why don't you recommend this product for new designs ?2) Do you have an idea of the number of years before the end of its life ?3) NRND information available in an PCN ? Thank you in advance

Respected Sir/Ma'am,                                   I'm designing 2KW SMPS from reference schematics design of "STEVAL-ISA172V2: 2 KW fully digital AC-DC power supply (D-SMPS) evaluation board". I've not faced any obstacle in designing schematics of the circuit with help of reference design. But in PCB design, I'm facing so much problem in Altium Design Professional Software.  I'll be grateful to you if you'll share the CAD/CAE symbol, Gerber file, PCB layout, Assembly drawing of "STEVAL-ISA172V2" with me  so that I can complete this design for physical board implementation. It will be very helpful for me to complete my project. I'm waiting for your reply.     Thanks & Regards,

What is the actual backup input supply voltage range for Teseo LIV4F receivers? Datasheet says that it is 3-3.63V which is really high and doesn't make sense to add any Lithium battery as a backup supply because it will very quickly drop below 3V at the beginning of operation (CR2032/CR1220). But X-NUCLEO-LIV4A1 (https://www.st.com/resource/en/data_brief/x-nucleo-liv4a1.pdf) has a place for CR2032 battery socket and even diode D2 in series on which will be some extra voltage drop. So the question is it a mistake in board design or the actual minimum VBAT voltage is less than it's written in the datasheet? In the second case, it's a drawback of these receivers, at least for my use-case.

Don't know weather my Stm32F405 (new) needs a bootload or not? I have designed a custom stm32 board in order to detect my stm32 by the computer for the code uploading i connected my stm32 externally with a TQFP breakout board with my ST-LINK V2 , all the necessary connections have been made after that when i try to connect it on stmcubeide i shows can not connect i tried it with stm32 utulity software as well same result arise. when powering my stm using st link or external power all the vdd pins are getting 3.29v while the vcap is 1.2v and 1.6v (2.2 uf capacitors) . i just want to make sure that i am doing correct wiring or not and if yes then what is the bootload issue? is that need to do the bootloading externally in this picture ignore all the connection except power and swclk and swdio connection...thankyou in advance   ?

Hi,          (STM32G0C1RET6  for this part number ARM® Cortex®-M0+ STM32G0 Microcontroller IC 32-Bit Single-Core 64MHz 512KB (512K x 8) FLASH 64-LQFP (10x10))two type of pin descriptions have mentioned in the datasheet, I confused which one I have to take for "STM32G0C1RET6" this part and which pin I will for watchdog timer so kindly help me. Hi, I'm using a timer to create a software delay on a high prio task (HPTask with FreeRTOS).The MCU used is STM32H755ZI.My target is:use a timer and arm an interrupt which duration will be 250 usec;suspend the HPTaskon the timer END PERIOD interrupt restart the HPTaskTo reach this result I used TIM17 and OnePulse API.This is my setup on main from CubeMX:htim17.Instance = TIM17;htim17.Init.Prescaler = 200;htim17.Init.CounterMode = TIM_COUNTERMODE_UP;htim17.Init.Period = 10000;htim17.Init.ClockDivision = TIM_CLOCKDIVISION_DIV1;htim17.Init.RepetitionCounter = 0;htim17.Init.AutoReloadPreload = TIM_AUTORELOAD_PRELOAD_DISABLE;if (HAL_TIM_Base_Init(&htim17) != HAL_OK){ Error_Handler();}if (HAL_TIM_OnePulse_Init(&htim17, TIM_OPMODE_SINGLE) != HAL_OK){ Error_Handler();}This is my setup to generate the delay:HAL_TIM_Base_Init(&htim17);HAL_TIM_Base_Start_IT(&htim17);HAL_TIM_OnePulse_Start(&htim17, 0U);Now...  I reached something that is usable but not exactly what I

HI STM team,I am using NUCLEO-F439ZI BOARD. I am new to this board. According to the basic configuration the ETH selection shows the warning symbol, reference based on the internet example, the ethernet configuration it does not show the PHY Address option. while I choose RMII mode. The portB _PIN0 select as GPIO output, but that same pin is used for ETH_RXD2, this selection makes the warning symbol. when I bye-pass warning and use the program for pinging it shows the connection failure and timeout error message. The below code is used to ping the Ethernet connection.extern struct netif gnetif;  ...........MAIN.......... while (1) { ethernetif_input(&gnetif); sys_check_timeouts(); }The problem screen shot was attached below.   the LWIP setting also attached below notify the mistake done by me, if any example to learn this one, send the link/example code.

Hi, For some time now I was using cheap bluepill and stm32f030-demo boards to debun my project with st-link probes. It all works perfect. But recently the stmf030 become too small, so I decided to replace it with stm32f070 (same tssop20 package as original stmf030) ... and problems started: 1) I use linux Debian-12 with gcc/gdb/openocd toolchain 2) first stm32f070 I've burned with my code using gdb "load" command. It is now completely unaccesable fo st-link ... although my code works just fine (the code uses USART1 as sort of a "console", and blinks the LED as it should). 3) I've taken it out off the board (unsoldered) and replaced it with another brand new stm32f070, this time I've used usart1 bootloader to burn up the code, 4) this time the code works, st-link can connect, and even gdb using st-link and openocd is able to repeatedly burn new versions of code .... only it cannot restart the chip. The chip always restarts in "bootloader mode", its IP=0x1FFFxxxx istead of 0x08000xxx and
